Chaquini Trekking (Full Day)

Pick up from your hotel in La Paz and start the journey to the mountains, Charquini is a glacier around 5.390 m.a.s.l. First, we drive for about 45 kilometers, on the way, there are some stops to appreciate the highlands landscape and visit the unusual miner’s cemetery in a village called Milluni. Once reached to the base of the mountain, the trekking begins from 4.650 to 5.000 m.a.s.l. which is one hour and a half walking and once finished it, you will appreciate the lagoon “Esmeralda” and explore the snowy area with the guide. Enjoy a box lunch and later return to the car and back to La Paz city.
